Empowering local people with special needs to gain meaningful employment and live a life of purpose and inclusion in a business that cares about people and our planet.

What We Are Planning

WorkAbility Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) supported employment organization, registered to receive donations in Florida. We will provide work skills training, developed around specific learning goals, with wrap around person centered support services for people with special needs in the Oviedo, FL and surrounding areas. People supported by WorkAbility will start out their employment journey working at Eco-Ability, our social enterprise store that will be open to the public, offering supported employment jobs within a business that looks to remove single use plastics and reduce our negative environmental impact. It will be both a physical and online store where you can REFILL home, bath, body and office products, purchase food and other goods by weight in containers you REUSE and ensure that we REVALUE people that are differently abled, to ensure they live a life of inclusion and dignity. We plan to open the doors to our new supported employment business in 2022. See the Join Us page for how you can get involved!

Reuse ink cartridges, glass jars and bottles, containers you would otherwise throw away. We will help you weigh them and then fill them with whatever you need.
